With our team and equipment that produce dynamic designs with effective ideas, we are able to produce with different yarn types. In our facility where we produce 3 Million meters per year, we produce “Elastic, Cord, Herringbone, Tape, Recycle and Organic models used in the Narrow-Woven sector.

Narrow Woven Design Process
As a brand serving in the global arena, our designs must be unique and functional. It is important for us that our works not only meet expectations but also dominate the fashion of the time. Accordingly, we make sure that our designs appeal to a wide audience, have a collection value and are unique. After presenting our design ideas, we move on to the next stage, modeling.
Narrow Woven Modeling Process
At this stage, we decide which materials and how the designed works will be processed. We determine the durability of the product, the places where it can be used and the suitable products that can be combined. After this stage, our approved models are included in our product portfolio and offered to our customers.
Narrow Woven Weaving Process
After the Design and Modeling stages, which we complete with all the technical infrastructure and qualified employees we have, our Weaving process begins. Our talented and experienced employees weave the patterns perfectly.
Narrow Woven Finishing Process
This is the process in which the product is checked and approved. If there is a possible deformation, defect or problem, the product is set aside. The products controlled are sent to the Packaging.
Narrow Woven Packaging Process
After all production stages, our products are sent to the packaging. The packaging process is carried out according to the qualities so that the products are not damaged during distribution and transportation. At the end, they are packaged according to the quantity and expectations and shipped to the customer
